Only one access charge applies per job — they don’t stack. If we spot something on arrival that changes the price, you’ll hear it from us before we touch the equipment.
Square footage, vent count, and how easy the equipment is to get at — that’s what sets the price. Cottages usually land in the same brackets as houses, as long as the HVAC setup and access are comparable.
These vary too much to price from a table. Layouts differ, access differs, and some buildings share ventilation between units. We’ll come look and quote it properly.
Quoted per project. Building size, system layout, access, complexity, and how much of it you want cleaned all factor in. Send us the details and we’ll put a number together.
We clean dryer vents with compressed air, which is ideal for rigid metal ducting. Flexible foil or plastic piping is a different story — the pressure can tear it. We’ll check what you’ve got before we start and tell you honestly if it isn’t a good candidate.
Standalone dryer vent cleaning is $199 anywhere within about 35 minutes of Barrie or Orillia. Outside that radius, the drive only pencils out as part of a full visit, so we ask for a duct cleaning booking ($499 and up) to come out.
