• Houses and cottages are generally the same in terms of square footage, access, and venting 
• For condos or multi-residential buildings, the pricing depends on layout, access and shared venting design, and we do quote on site to verify

Additional charges may apply: 

• If the access to the furnace is hard, like in a crawl space, that’s an additional $200
• If the job is complex with unusual layouts, systems in attics or hard-to-reach places, there’s an additional $150
• If there are more than 15 vents, there’s a $7 charge per additional vent
